Can I order fabric samples before committing to a larger purchase?
Yes, we offer swatches for most of our fabrics. We highly recommend ordering a sample first to ensure the color, weight, and texture meet your specific project requirements.
How is the fabric sold and will it come in one continuous piece?
All fabrics are sold by the yard. If you order multiple yards of the same fabric, it will be sent as one continuous piece whenever possible. If a break in the roll is necessary, we will contact you before shipping.
What is your return policy for cut-to-order fabrics?
Because our fabrics are cut specifically to your requested length, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your fabric immediately upon receipt.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard processing takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for large volume orders?
We do offer bulk discounts and wholesale pricing for designers, manufacturers, and event planners. Please contact our support team with your specific requirements and quantities for a custom quote.
