At Big Z Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textile purchase; if your fabric is not the perfect fit, you may return unwashed and uncut items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the fabric you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Fabric

  Ensure all textiles are in their original, unaltered condition—uncut and unwashed—and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or your own shipping method to the parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned yardage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
